A repeat program, not a single lucky order.

A repeat program across seasons
This is not presented as one oversized order. The archive documents a continuing viscose–spandex print program across several seasons, with separate sampling, bulk and delivery records that can be checked independently.
The material stayed constant
The core base remained 95% viscose and 5% elastane at 200g/㎡, with a 150cm cuttable width. That consistency made it possible to carry learning about tension, shrinkage compensation, colour approval and finishing into later developments.
One recorded bulk batch
A representative colourway was ordered at 1,130 metres. The detailed roll record totals 1,137.7 metres across 19 rolls, with measured roll data showing 151–153cm cuttable width and 194–206gsm.
Why a fourth S/O was necessary
In a later season, the third S/O used the wrong artwork. The next instruction required the correct file, a return to the previously approved colour standard, one complete repeat and two identical sample sets. The correction was therefore a file-control and colour-control problem—not simply another print.
A controlled commercial result
Final shrinkage was 3%. Colour difference could not be eliminated completely, but it was brought under batch control and all goods were shipped. No defect-rate figure has been provided, so completed delivery is not presented as zero defects.
